Patient with shoulder pain posterior
The patient is seeking for pain in the shoulder and with a restricted rotation of the shoulder.
We did an ultrasound examination and found some increased fluid in the capsule posterior and caudal in the shoulder. We did an ultrasound-guided injection posterior in the shoulder.
Tip. It's essential to examine the shoulder dynamic and to seek for fluid posterior och caudal. You can easily miss increased fluid posterior if you don't do a dynamic examination and look to cranial in the posterior location of the shoulder.
