Patient case gastrocnemius ruptur

The patient has been seeking for pain in the calf for two weeks back. The patient was sent to me for ultrasound diagnostics.

We found a muscle rupture in the medial gastrocnemius, about 2 cm wide and 5 cm long. The patient was given directly information about the diagnosis and sent to Fysio for further conservative treatment.
